All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions imposed by the respective travel service providers. Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed payment schedule before services are confirmed. Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain bookings. Full payment details, including any applicable taxes or service charges, will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

Ontario Gateway Travel will assist in processing cancellations or amendments but may apply administrative fees.

Ontario Gateway Travel acts as an agent for third-party travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or delays by these third parties, nor for any loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
